Returns & Refunds policy

1. Return Eligibility

• Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for non-personalized items.

• Personalized Products: As our storybooks and kits are made-to-order with personal details, personalized/customized items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• Condition: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.

2. Return Process

• How to Initiate: Kindly contact us @+91 9911855108 or email support@pixycraft.in. We offer free reverse pickup (up to 2 attempts) within India.

3. Refunds

• Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after we inspect the returned item.

• Mode of Refund: You’ll receive the refund either to your original payment method or as online bank transfer—your choice!

4. Important Exceptions

• Non-Returnable Items: Personalized books, custom kits, and any product made with your child's details. Perishable items or heavily discounted final sale products.

• Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged item, please report it to us within 3 days of delivery. We'll arrange a free replacement or refund as needed.
